女子美術大学大学院メディアアート造形領域 修了
2010年より個展、グループ展、アートイベントにてペインティング・ドローイング作品の発表、グッズ販売を行う。幼少期より受けてきた漫画・キャラクター文化や、学生時代に産学研究で子どものための療育支援ソフトの開発に参加したことをきっかけに「人の内にある童心」に興味を持ち、以降創作のひとつのキーワードとなっている。作家名のYUKKOMANは、幼少期の呼び名から引用した。

Born in Tokyo
Graduated from the Graduate School of Media Art and Design at Joshibi University of Art and Design
Since 2010, she has exhibited her paintings and drawings and sold merchandise at solo and group exhibitions as well as art events. Inspired by the manga and character culture she was exposed to from a young age, as well as her participation in industry-academia research during her student years to develop therapeutic support software for children, she became interested in “the childlike spirit within people,” which has since become a key theme in her work. Her artist name, YUKKOMAN, is derived from a nickname she had as a child.
〈ステートメント〉
「人の内なる子どもごころ」をテーマに、様々なすがたの童子たちが
自然と戯れ、自在にトランスフォームする仮想の庭を描く。
性差や国籍にとらわれることなく、誰もが経験する子どもの期間や、
自然の一部として生きていることを考えながら、
好奇心や心の拠りどころとなるような作品を模索している。
作品を通して、人の内なる子どもとコンタクトをとり、
その所在を明るく照らし出すことを試みている。
〈STATEMENT〉
Taking “the childlike spirit within us” as its theme, this work depicts a virtual garden where children of various formsplay with nature and transform at will. Unbound by gender or nationality, I explore the childhood that everyone experiences and the fact that we live as part of nature, seeking to create works that inspire curiosity and serve as a source of comfort. Through my art, I strive to connect with the
inner child within each person and shed light on its presence.
